SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

PURSUANT TO SECTION 203 OF THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ACT 1996

1. PARTIES & TERMINATION

• EMPLOYER: [EMPLOYER COMPANY NAME] ("the Employer"), and
• EMPLOYEE: [EMPLOYEE FULL NAME] ("the Employee").

The Employee's employment with the Employer terminates on [EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION DATE] (the "Termination Date").

2. SETTLEMENT COMPENSATION

Subject to signature of this Agreement and receipt of the Adviser's Certificate:

1. The Employer shall pay the Employee an ex-gratia compensation sum of [EX-GRATIA SETTLEMENT COMPENSATION (£)] within 14 days of receipt of the signed agreement.
2. The Employer shall contribute [EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION TO LEGAL ADVICE (£)] plus VAT toward the Employee's legal fees.

3. WAIVER OF CLAIMS

The Employee agrees to accept the terms of this Agreement in full and final settlement of all claims arising out of their employment or its termination.

4. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
