EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement is entered into on November 2, 2026, by and between:

Employee agrees that all trade secrets, client lists, customer information, and software developed during the term of employment are the exclusive property of Company ("Work Made for Hire"). Employee shall not disclose confidential company materials during or following employment.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the west-virginia.
